The One Meal Challenge is a 15-lesson interactive workbook that teaches you how to reverse picky eating, get your little one to happily explore new foods, and even prevent young toddlers from getting majorly picky.

As a mom of a previously extremely picky eater, I know that a lot of the tips you’ll find just DON’T work. Like, “if they like french fries, try carrot sticks!” The One Meal Challenge is NOT that. It enables you to meet your child exactly where they are in their picky eating journey, and move them forward (even if they currently won’t even look at a vegetable.)

By the end of the program, you’ll…

Sometimes online products feel a little scammy, right? I know the feeling of being hesitant to invest because you don’t want to waste money on something that isn’t going to deliver. Or your partner has major doubts about spending the money. I have totally been there. But I very proudly stand behind my programs and products. Hundreds of students have been through the One Meal Challenge and implemented my strategies (and have been happy with their purchase!). That’s why I’m offering a 7-day money-back guarantee. While I can’t guarantee that your child will eat 100 new foods tomorrow, I can guarantee your satisfaction with the quality of the material, templates and training inside of the One Meal Challenge. If you’re not happy with the product, reach out to and we will refund your money within 7 days of purchase.
Ages 1 through 6 is who I designed this program specifically for, but I have had families participate with a child who is older than 6 and still really benefit from it. If you’re worried about your 1 year old being too young, don’t be! So many parents reach out to me wishing they started addressing picky eating sooner. You are in a great place to make strides and establish good habits.
While getting away from the mac and cheese demands and catering to picky eaters is a big part of this program, you will also be acquiring new skills and techniques to get them to try new foods, too. Do not write it off since you already are making one meal. If you’re experiencing any frustration with picky eating and stressful mealtimes, you will get a lot out of this program!
You will be able to get great results and follow along with everything even if you have other children who are not picky eaters. If they are older, you may want to discuss with them that you’re trying some new things to help their brother or sister to learn about new foods, so they understand what is going on. If you have more than one picky child, you can easily do all the activities and exercises for all children needed.
No, this is not a meal plan, but you will learn exactly how to easily meal plan for your family, without having to completely cater to your picky eater or make them a totally separate meal.

What Moms are Saying

“Simply Satisfying Meals has come at the perfect time for me. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed about how to feed my toddler healthy and yummy foods, with zero cooking skills myself. My husband works late nights and I needed some ideas that had minimal prep and clean-up, the “lazy levels” are amazing for that! The sheet pan and slow cooker meals are particularly great for my family. I appreciate the meal plan and shopping list, as well as the fact that the recipes don’t make you buy new ingredients for every single meal. I am looking forward to trying everything in the book.”

– Cailey from Sydney, Australia

“So excited to have some new meals for our rotation. I’m pregnant and have a toddler and my energy is at an all time low. I’ve already picked out some meals to try this week and got my curbside order in! I looked through most the recipe directions and they’re super doable. The tips and tricks are an added bonus too. I never buy cook books, but I’m so glad I decided to give this one a try.”

– Alyssa A.

“The recipes I’ve tried from the Simply Satisfying Meals ebook have been delicious, healthy, and great for leftovers the next day. Can’t wait to try more!”

“I love what I see! I love that there are pictures for each recipe, including pictures of kids’ plates and not just the composed dish. The picky eater tips are super helpful. I’m really glad to have some ideas of how I can serve a dish to my picky eater while also really enjoying it myself. Looking forward to trying recipes soon! Thanks so much for this!”

– Grayson D.

“My 16 month old son was recently diagnosed with food allergies and we are in the process of dairy elimination. I downloaded this cookbook as soon as possible and was over the moon to find the vegan section! It is SO helpful to find simple, healthy recipes that my son can actually eat! Being a new mom to a toddler with food aversions and allergies is not easy. I just finished shopping and cannot wait to start cooking. The recipes are simple but look perfect for our family. Thank you for your work on the book! It’s great!”

“Love these super simple and fast dinners! They are well balanced and enjoyable for the whole family. A particular favorite has been the spaghetti and meatballs. I love how the spinach was almost hidden and blended right in. My very picky two year old and four year old ate a healthy serving without even realizing they were getting spinach!”

– Claire
