Click the yellow “checkout with Paypal” button to purchase. You can use any card via Paypal.  (If you have a coupon code, enter that first and click “APPLY” before you checkout with Paypal)

Note: some have had problems with PayPal directing you to your PayPal home page instead of checkout for the ebook. If this happens to you (or you have another issue), contact me here so I can help!
