Meet Kacie

Hey! I’m Kacie.

I’m a pediatric nutrition expert, and I love helping moms make feeding their little ones easier and less stressful.

Even as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who lives and breathes food and nutrition – I still find it really challenging to feed my two kids!

Between the constant demands, the whining, the picky eating, and the little time I have to be in the kitchen – it feels stressful to me, too.

That’s why I’m constantly working to SIMPLIFY and take anything off our long mom list of to-dos.

Setting up our kids with healthy habits that they will take with them throughout their lifetime is a huge priority for me. (And when I say “our kids”…I mean yours too!)

It’s a hard job – raising these littles! So I hope I can take away a little bit of the mom worry, the mom guilt, and the stress over whether you’re doing the right thing for your kids.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is best for ages 1 and up. It’s great for kids who are older than toddler age, too! The reason it’s not best for babies under 12 months is that some products and recipes do contain honey, which is not safe for babies under 12 months. And, some of the foods will be difficult to handle for babies who aren’t fully established on solids.

There is a table at the end of the guide identifying the products that contain top 8 allergens (wheat, tree nut, peanut, milk, egg, soy, fish, shellfish). However, you must ALWAYS check packages before serving, to ensure it is free of the allergen(s) that must be avoided.

Yep! There are vegan options included as well.

There will likely be many product recommendations that you will not be able to find in other countries. I’m sorry!!

You can feel confident that your little one is still getting good nutrition when you are out running around, without feeling like you have to whip up homemade snacks every time!

There are so many times we are running out the door and I just need to grab something that I can throw in my purse and GO. These are the snacks I grab!
