Instructions
Rice
Pour about 8 cups of water into a large saucepan and submerge 2 bags of Success® Brown Rice. Bring water to a boil; boil uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove bags with a fork and drain. Cut open bags and empty cooked rice into a serving dish. Fluff with fork and add butter and salt, if desired.
Beef
While rice cooks, heat a nonstick pan over medium high heat. When hot, add ground beef to the pan. Brown the beef, breaking it up into smaller pieces and crumbles as it cooks, until no longer pink. Drain the fat, and place the beef back in the skillet.
Add dill, oregano, salt and pepper. Raise heat to high, and pour water on the beef. Once the water begins to bubble, reduce heat to low and let the beef simmer until the water has reduced.
Toppings
Slice cucumbers into quarters lengthwise, and chop. Quarter the grape tomatoes.
To Serve
Layer bowl with brown rice, beef, cabbage slaw, and top with cucumbers, tomatoes, sprinkle of feta, scoop of hummus, and a scoop of tzatziki.
