Ingredients
1cupnatural nut butter, any kind(256 g)
1/2cuphoney
1.5cupold fashioned oats
1cuprice krispies cereal
1/2cupgrape nuts cereal
1/4cupcrushed freeze dried strawberriesoptional
Instructions
Line 9x9 pan with parchment paper or spray well with nonstick spray.
Add nut butter and honey to microwave safe bowl. Heat for 1-2 minutes or until melted. Stir well.
Dump in all dry ingredients and stir well.
Spread into prepared pan and press flat. (OPTIONAL STEP: add crushed freeze dried strawberries on top, cover with parchment paper and press down to make them stick.) Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until set. Remove and slice bars. Store in airtight container in the freezer.
To serve from freezer- set bar out at room temperature for 15 minutes, or microwave for 10-20 seconds to soften.

Nutrition facts calculated using unsalted peanut butter. This recipe contains 8g added sugar from honey.Optional: Make it a PB&J flavor by adding the crushed freeze dried strawberries on top. I just grab a handful and crush them up in my hand and then add them on top. One of my kids likes it this way, the other likes it plain, so I usually do a batch half and half!
