Ingredients

rolled oats

nut butter
creamy

honey or maple syrup

vanilla protein powder
(29 grams)

shredded coconut
unsweetened

chia seeds
or ground flaxseed

mini chocolate chips

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix together using hands if needed to get all ingredients incorporated. This will form a very thick dough that should stick together well.
Roll into balls- about 2 inches in diameter.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator (they can also be frozen for up to 3 months).
