Ingredients
1medium/largeavocado
2tbspbrown sugarlight or dark
2tbspcocoa powder
3tbspalmond milk, unsweetened
1/2tspvanilla
Instructions
Add all ingredients together. Use hand mixer, immersion blender, or mini blender to mix well. Serve!
Notes
I tried this with other sweeteners and wasn't as happy with it.I do think brown sugar produces the best flavor!This recipe yields 2 servings and includes 8.8g added sugar as written, but you can adjust sugar up or down as desired. A no sugar added option can be made by using 1-3 dates instead of brown sugar.
