For this recipe, use freeze dried strawberries-- this is my trick for really bringing out the strawberry flavor! If you’re worried about the texture, don’t be. The freeze dried berries surprisingly don’t get soggy or weird in the popsicle at all. I had the same hesitation when experimenting with the recipe, but it really does come out great.

Ingredients
1cupPlain Greek yogurtfull fat
½cupFreeze dried strawberries
2tbspFresh lemon juice
2tbspApplesauce
Instructions
Break the freeze dried strawberries into small pieces.
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Freeze at least 4 hours.
Notes
I’m sure you could repeat this recipe with any other freeze dried fruit in place of the strawberries. (If you do, let me know which flavors come out best!)
