If you’re looking for help with feeding your kids – you’re in the right place.

I help moms of toddlers and preschoolers find solutions to nourish their families without stress, guilt, or chaos. (OK, maybe there’s always a little bit of chaos when kids are involved!)

This is NOT about perfection and eating kale salads every day. Even with thousands of hours of nutrition education and experience under my belt, I am still just a mom trying to do my best for my family. We eat pizza and ice cream on the weekends, I have a never ending pile of laundry, and I forget to give my kids a bath half the time… wait, does it still count as forgetting when I just don’t feel like doing it?

I love connecting with moms. Nutrition is my thing, and my goal is to make feeding your kids a little bit easier. So whatever the problem or hurdle is, I’m here to help!

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Master of Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern. I live in Dallas, TX with my husband and two VERY ENERGETIC kiddos!
